Meet Billy Bot!

Billy, one of Heddatron’s robots, will be making a personal appearance at the Museum of Science and Industry of Chicago on April 9, 2011 approximately from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

All are invited to meet and have a closer look at Billy. He will be touring the museum and chatting with people. He and his fellow robots actors have had a fantastic run of Heddatron (ends April 24th). The play has been critically acclaimed by many. Check this out for yourself by going to your favorite search engine and entering “heddatron Chicago” (without the quotes). Also go to Heddatron's Website www.heddatron.com.

Among Billy’s abilities are blinking and looking around, showing emotion through his chest display board and extending his head almost three feet out. And everything is controlled by microcontrollers that in turn are wirelessly controlled by the Operator’s Control Panel.

Don’t miss this opportunity to see a really cool and advanced robot and to talk to the people that designed and built this wonder of technology using components readily available from robotics and electronics suppliers.

See you all Saturday April 9 at MSI!
